I don’t know what to call this but I have noticed it for a long time. I always seem to have the right amount of work. It may be that I have the right amount of energy to do whatever amount of work there is to do but whatever the frame, I have this experience all the time and I always marvel at it.
For example, when astrology.com plagiarized me, I was inundated with requested for consultations. In the space of just a few hours, more than 50 people paid me to work with their chart and a large of percentage of the them considered their problem to be urgent. It was beyond daunting. Consider having, 50 unique and thoughtful papers to write, all due now.
